PURPOSE: A sheet having a movable contact for aligning a position-decision hole of a protection sheet with a predetermined position-decision hole and a fabricating method thereof are provided to peel partially the protection sheet in a process for inserting a jig from a cover sheet into the position-decision hole by forming an incision part on the protection sheet. CONSTITUTION: A cover sheet(7) as an insulating film includes a bottom face as an adhesive face. A plurality of metallic movable contacts are formed with plural domed shapes and are adhered on the bottom face of the cover sheet. A separate sheet(4) is adhered on the bottom face of the cover sheet and a plurality of through-holes(5) for receiving the movable contacts. A bottom face of the separate sheet is formed with an adhesive face. A top face of a protection sheet(12) is formed with an adhesive face and is adhered on the bottom face of the separate sheet. A position-decision hole is formed by punching the cover sheet and the separate sheet. A bar-shaped jig is inserted into the position-decision hole. An incision part is formed on the protection sheet which is partially peeled by the jig.
