PURPOSE: Provided is a body shaping underwear girdle which features improved elasticity, easy manufacture at a low cost, and excellent sliming and shaping functions, and provides women with a comfortable feeling. CONSTITUTION: The body shaping underwear girdle includes a non-elastic cloth(6) disposed at the front central side of the girdle and being covered with a lace; and a highly elastic cloth(10) disposed at the lateral and rear sides of the girdle. The elastic cloth(10) is formed of a first elastic cloth(10A) that is elastic in the vertical direction(X), and a second elastic cloth(10B) that is overlapped on a texture of the first elastic cloth(10A) at a tilted angle, thereby providing the elasticity of the first elastic cloth(10A) with a sine angled elasticity.
