PURPOSE: An active code channel detecting apparatus and method in a CDMA code domain analysis system, a code domain analysis system including the same apparatus and a code domain analysis method including the same method are provided to quickly and accurately detect actual active code channel information without communicating with a base station. CONSTITUTION: A correlation calculator(202) calculates correlation values of each symbol with respect to an arbitrary orthogonal code channel. A code channel power calculator(204) calculates a power value with respect to an arbitrary orthogonal code channel. A correlation variance calculator(206) calculates a variance value by using distribution of absolute values of correlation values of orthogonal code channels. An actual active channel determining unit(208) determines whether a specific channel is an actual active channel based on whether the calculated power value is greater than a threshold power value and whether the calculated variance value is smaller than a certain threshold variance value.
