PURPOSE: A home robot using a home server and a home network system including the same are provided to minimize a processing load and a manufacturing cost of the home robot. CONSTITUTION: An ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(43) performs the analog-digital signal conversion for a voice signal inputted through a microphone(48). A wireless communication part(41) transmits the signal converted from the ADC to the home server after converting into a wireless signal or receives the wireless signal transmitted from the home server. A DCA(Digital-Analog Converter)(44) performs the digital-analog conversion for the voice signal from the wireless signal received through the wireless communication part. A speaker(47) plays the voice signal as a voice. A controller(42) transmits a voice command inputted from a user to the home server, transmits the response signal to the speaker by receiving response signal for the command from the home server through the wireless communication part, and generates a movement control signal. A driving part(45) moves a body according to the movement control signal.
