PURPOSE: A heating system for an apartment house with a thermal efficiency improvement method is provided to reduce energy consumption by installing a boiler in the basement or the penthouse of a respective building and by remote-controlling the entire heating system with the operator. CONSTITUTION: In a heating system for an apartment complex, the heating system is installed independently in the respective building or two adjacent buildings. A small hot water boiler having high capacity is mounted in the basement or the penthouse of each building with the compact structure. The respective heating system improves thermal efficiency, and reduces heating cost. Heat loss is reduced, and the apartment house is heated quickly by shortening heat exchange time with automatically circulating water in the compact boiler. Convenience is improved with automatic operation program corresponding to external temperature, and the heating system is remote-controlled with one operator.
