PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having a noise measurement function and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to add a noise measurement function to a mobile terminal and to determine the audio level of a speaker according to a measured noise value so that a user can easily execute telephone conversation at any time and anywhere. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturer measures the maximum noise value and the minimum noise value(S201). Then the manufacturer establishes the maximum and minimum audio levels suitable for the maximum and minimum noise values(S202). The manufacturer sets up a plurality of step-by-step audio levels between the maximum and minimum audio levels(S203). Then the manufacturer applies a noise measurement circuit, capable of measuring noises between the maximum noise value and the minimum noise value, to a mobile terminal(S204). The manufacturer matches the measured noises to the audio levels and applies an audio level control function to the mobile terminal(S205).
