PURPOSE: A method for offering a customized service using Internet lotto and the method for using the offered customized Internet lotto are provided to offer the lotto made by contents inputted from a user to other user by inputting the desired contents on an Internet lotto selling site. CONSTITUTION: After a lotto buyer or a lotto gift user selects the lotto purchase, the customized Internet lotto suitable to a personal taste is generated by inputting an option item for the lotto and editing the lotto(212). After confirming the customized Internet lotto through preview, the customized Internet lotto is transmitted by inputting receiver information(215). The Internet lotto transmitted from the lotto buyer or the lotto gift user is received to a lotto receiver or the lotto gift target(221). The lotto receiver or the lotto gift target confirms an image/text/background music/voice inputted from the lotto buyer, and a result is confirmed by scratch or drawing(224).
