PURPOSE: A method for preparing a chiral crown ether chiral stationary phase and a chiral column charged with the chiral crown ether chiral stationary phase are provided, to improve the optical separation performance of LC or HPLC. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of reacting the alkenoyl chloride having a terminal double bond with ammonia to prepare the alkenamide having a terminal double bond; reducing the alkenamide having a terminal double bond to prepare the alkenyl amine having a terminal double bond; protecting the amino group of the alkenyl amine having a terminal double bond; silylating the amino group-protected alkenyl amine in the presence of a catalyst to prepare the amino group-protected aminoalkylsilane; reacting the amino group-protected aminoalkylsilane with silica gel and removing the protection group of an amino group to prepare an aminoalkyl silica gel; and removing completely the moisture of the gel and reacting the aminoalkyl silica gel with optically active (18-crown-6)-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic anhydride to prepare the chiral stationary phase (CSP 1: formula 1).
