PURPOSE: The floor sound insulating structure using sound insulation materials is provided to reduce impact sounds in an apartment house. CONSTITUTION: The floor structure of an apartment house comprises: a concrete slab(8); lightweight aerated concrete(9) placed on the slab(8); finishing mortar layers(11,12) placed on the lightweight concrete and provided with heating pipelines; and a surface finishing layer(13), wherein the floor sound insulating structure using sound insulation materials is formed by placing sound insulation materials(10) on the upper or lower side of lightweight aerated concrete(9).
