PURPOSE: A method and a system for the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) using a MAKE(Method for Advanced Knowledge of E-business process) are provided to enhance customer maintenance by offering a customized web page according to the customer's preference after analyzing the customer preference with an event occurs in the contents selected by the customer. CONSTITUTION: Information communication terminals(10,20) input/output various kinds of information needed to the customer or marketers. The Internet(30) is a transfer path of the information by connecting to the information communication terminals. A web server(40) sells the commodity by connecting to the Internet. A CRM server(50) collectively manages the customer information by connecting to the Internet. A CDW(Customer Data Warehouse)(60) stores the various kinds of customer data extracted from the web server and the CRM server.
