A rotatable projective map of the southern and northern hemisphere from the same point of view has a base frame. A coupled rotor disc assemble is mounted on the base frame, and has projective map of southern and northern hemisphere thereon. The projective map can be achieved in such a projective manner as following, dividing the sphere into southern hemisphere and northern hemisphere along the equatorial plane, the graticule of the southern and northern hemisphere is orthoaxis azimuthal map projection, setting a laying viewpoint on the axial line which is between the north superterranean pole and the north celestial pole, for obtaining the projective map of the northem hemisphere by transmitting the projection plane, and the projective map of the southern hemisphere by reflecting the projection plane. The present invention can accentuate the balanced expressivity of each area, stand out the autorotation character of the celestial body, and has some characters, such as, convenient and facilitating reading, well defined and direct viewing, real time image, and strengthening all the seven seas in one, and so on.
