A strap (12) extends diagonally along the front of a user, over one shoulder of the user, and diagonally across the back of the user. The strap has end portions (14, 16) that come together near the midsection of the user and attach via a mechanism (20) to an item of apparel (24) worn by the user. A carrier (30) slideably engages the strap and houses one or more personal items.
