This invention discloses a method of cryptographic key distribution based on discrete logarithm in groupoid, can be used for the cryptographic key distribution and encrypt information. It first constructs a groupoid only meet closure, no-commutative law, no-identity element, no-inverse element, and not meet the distributive law to the general addition, and its power operation only meet exponent commutative law. And to establish rules of groupoid power operation, and set a both sides shared cipher using the founded groupoid and power operation rules. The invention first brings and realizes a special groupoid, and makes the groupoid power operation rules to be very complex iteration function about exponential sequence. And it makes the tradition analysis method and conception no value that using the period specialty derivative the discrete logarithm. Cryptanalysis only sums up binary tree search, and make the security of the public key system greatly enhanced.
