The invention relates to computer diagnosis. The inventive sensor is embodied in the form of a transceiving head which is connected by a coaxial cable to a coherent detector unit whose signals are treated by a processor unit. Said head comprises a transmitting section provided with a transmitting antenna and a multiplier of radiation harmonics, and a receiving section provided with a receiving antenna and a subharmonic mixer for corresponding radiation harmonic. The head also comprises a generator of at least two signals which have a mutual phase coherency and differ from each other in frequency. One signal is used as a reference signal for the multiplier of harmonic radiation in the channel of a sounding signal, the second signal is used as a reference heterodyne signal in the channel of a subharmonic mixer for transmitting mutually coherent signals to the head through a flexible coaxial cable. The subharmonic mixer is connected to the coherent detector unit through a relevant flexible coaxial cable in order to transmit an amplified intermediate frequency signal to said unit with the view of determining the amplitude and the phase of a signal received by the receiving antenna and mixed with a corresponding harmonic of the reference heterodyne signal.
