A METHOD FOR DESINFECTION AND/OR STERILIZATION OF ARTICLES OF FOOD, SUCH AS MEATS OR VEGETABLE PRODUCTS, OF FOODSTUFFS AND ANIMAL FEEDS, AS WELL AS MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FOR FOOD PRODUCTION OR OTHER FOOD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY, AND THE PROCESSING PLANT USED FOR THE METHOD
An object (18) to be disinfected/sterilized is electrically grounded andis sprayed for a desired interval with a mist (19) formed from conditionedwater (1) which is disintegrated under high pressure and provided with aredox potential by which it becomes either oxydizing or reductive. The object(18) is charged to have a positive or negative electric potential and also hasa defined pH value, further the object (18) is exposed to a supplementarymagnetic field, preferably a pulsating field (22) whereupon the object isdried.
