Braking system for use by rescue teams to rescue people in buildings during disaster, has lower braking module and upper braking module connected with single device, where single device screens fluids under pressure of cables
The system has drop cables (1) fixed with an end of a building. An end of a braking unit is connected with a mobile unit (2). The braking unit is located on a vehicle (3). A lower braking module (4) and an upper braking module are connected with a single device. The single device screens fluids under pressure of the cables. The upper braking module and the lower brake module are connected with a braking cone (7) to discharge water, air or mixture of water and air. The single device and the brake cone are fixed with pumps.
