The tool has a diamond ultrasonic tip with a regular progressive diameter to increase access of a fractured instrument. A fine ultrasonic tip is provided to release the coronal dentin of the fragment. A tube is carried on an end of an extractor, where the extractor has a large base conical piece, which is slightly larger than the diameter of the fragment.
