The apparatus is stated to provide for ready removal of a crankshaft pulley bolt for a specified range of Honda engines. Typically it consists of a steel disc with a central hole, a square hole on its perimeter and a hexagonal extension on one side of the disc. The hexagonal extension will mate within a recess in the crankshaft pulley, the central hole allows for insertion of a socket over the crankshaft pulley securing bolt, and the square hole allows for insertion of a power bar.
