A radio device for administering a network defines a predetermined transmission frame cycle, allocates specific access intervals in the frame as timing with which individual radio devices on the network concerned receive a transmission, puts allocation information on a signal. beacon, and transmits the signal. Each radiocommunication device performs reception operation at specific access intervals for the device itself defined by the beacon signal. When information transmission is between arbitrary communication devices on the network, access intervals for the device receiving the information are used.
