"IMMUNE THERAPEUTIC COMBINATION FOR IMMUNOTHERAPY OF TUMORS SUPERVISING GANGLIOSIDS, USE OF THE SAME AND METHOD TO CONTROL THE GROWTH AND / OR PROLIFERATION OF TUMOR CELLS SUPERVISING GANGLIOSIDS". The invention relates to the field of immunology and particularly to the immunotherapeutic combinations employed to arrest tumor cell growth and / or eliminate said tumor cells. An anti-tumor therapeutic effect is observed by the present invention by the combination of idiotypic vaccines whose active principle is an anti-glycoside antibody (Ab1), with idiotypic vaccines whose active principle is an anti-diotype antibody obtained against an anti-gyglycoside antibody (Ab2), or with vaccines whose active ingredient is one or more gangliosides. Combinations of these vaccines are described which cause a synergism of the anti-tumor effect that induces each vaccine separately. The above combinations may be applied to patients in different clinical states of ganglioside overexpressing tumors.
