"Lu00ecquido crystalline phases (lamellar cubic) as a release system for topical use of compounds fotossensu00ecveis (photosensitizers) of families of ftalocianinas,Porphyrins and clorinas used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) and fotodiagnu00f3stico (FD).The liquid crystalline phases, lamellar and cubic, referred to in this patent, are essentially formed by: 95 to 60% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.An unsaturated fatty acid called glyceryl glicerila (monoleu00edna), containing an acyl chain of 18 carbons, and 5 to 40% by weight of water.This composition is, in the limit of temperature between 20 and 75 198 C, the texture of a liquid crystalline gel, and preferably, the cubic phase.The photosensitive compounds (photosensitizers) incorporated in these stages are lamellar and cubic belonging to the families of the ftalocianinas, porphyrins and clorinas, in the proportion of 0.05 to 2% by weight, in relation to total composition, or any other composition which does not cause any change in the structure of these phases.
