"Amperomu00e9trico sensor for NADH based organic dyes adsorbed on su00eclica gel modified with metal oxides.This case describes the development of highly stable sensors for electrochemical determination of NADH.The developed sensors consist of an electrode of Carbon Paste Modified by the incorporation of the matrix of silica gel coated with metal oxides adsorbed electron mediators DThe type organic dyes, such as fenoxazinas (Meldola blue and Blue Nile) and phenothiazines (toluidine blue).The electrochemical response of the sensor is based on the eletrocatalu00edticas properties of these mediators to oxidize NADH.Illustratively,In this process the responses obtained using the sensor on the basis of the blue meidola adsorbed on silica gel modified with niobium oxide incorporated in carbon paste.The performance of this sensor was investigated and its dependence on the critical factors, such as pH, ionic strength, electrolyte support and working potential.The proposed sensor has excellent stability, sensitivity and wide linear response range, on the potential applied to the V (vs ECS) which entitles the holder to be used, for example,In the construction of biosensors based on enzymes desidrogenases.This sensor was obtained for a range of linear response of 1.0 x 10 ^ - 5 - 7.5 x 10 ^ - 4 ^ mol L ^ - 1 ^ of NAD ^ + ^, with sensitivities in the order of 48 Ma l mol ^ - 1 ^.The response time to reach a maximum of signal was 1 s. The repeatability, expressed as relative standard deviation, was 3% for n = 10.This sensor was very stable, being able to carry out more than 300 analyses without significant changes.
