The applicator system includes a scattering element and a container of a solution pre surgery.The scattering element includes a body with an opening covered by a cushion. The orifice is in fluid communication with a passage through an elongated stem connected to the body.The container may be retractable, with recovery only limited. The element may include a receptacle for spreading to receive the container.
