"Blood dialysis system, cartridge and method of double stage haemodiafiltration haemodiafiltration. A cartridge filter (10) is provided with double stage.The cartridge (10) can be embedded as a cartridge of dilution haemodiafiltration medium or as a cartridge filtration sterilization redundant.The cartridge (10) includes a housing (12) having a first end and a second end opposite.The housing (12) has an input of primary fluid (20) and output (60) at the first end of the cartridge (10).The housing (12) also defines first and second stages of filtration (14.16) with the first stage filtration (14) including the first filtering elements (40) disposed between the first and second ends of the housing (12).The second stage filtration (16) includes second filtering elements (42) arranged between the first and second ends of the housing (12) with the outflow of fluid (64) communicating with the s.Egundos filtering elements at the first end.
