"Factor VII Polypeptide, Nucleic Acid Construction, Recombinant Host Cell, Transgenic Animal, Transgenic Plant, Method to Produce Factor VII Polypeptide, Factor Diploid Polypeptide Composition, Bleeding and for the Treatment or Prophylaxis of Bleeding Disorders in an Individual or for the Intensification of the Normal Hemostatic System ". The present invention relates to novel variants of human coagulation factor VIIa having coagulant activity, as well as to nucleic acid constructs encoding such variants, vectors and host cells comprising and expressing nucleic acid, pharmaceutical compositions, uses and methods of treatment. The variant comprises a substitution at least one amino acid position selected from the group consisting of positions Lys 157, Lys 337, Asp 334, Ser 336, Val 158, Glu 296 and Met 298.
