PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual-phase high-tensile cold rolled steel sheet excellent in deep drawability and strain age hardenability, a galvannealed steel sheet, and their production methods. ;SOLUTION: The raw material steel sheet for the dual-phase high-tensile cold rolled steel sheet and the galvannealed steel sheet comprises 0.01-0.05 mass% C, 1.0 mass% or less Si, 3.0 mass% or less Mn, 0.10 mass% or less P, 0.02 mass% or less S, 0.03 mass% or less Al, 0.005-0.03 mass% N, 0.01-0.5 mass% V, and the balance substantially being Fe and unavoidable impurities provided that V, C, and N satisfy the relation represented by 0.5×(C/12+N /14)≤V/51≤2×(C/12+N/14).
