PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a precoat steel panel capable of affording excellent characteristics inclusive of processing part corrosion resistance even if a chromium type rustproof pigment is not added to a coating film. ;SOLUTION: A precoat steel panel is constituted by forming an undercoat film on the surface of a galvanized steel panel having a chemical forming treatment film containing silica fine particles and a binder therefore formed thereon and foaming a topcoat film on the undercoat film. The undercoat film contains 1-30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a resin solid of a Ca component (a) in terms of Ca, 1-35 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a resin solid of SiO2 and/or silicate (b) in terms of SiO2, 1-30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a resin solid of phosphoric acid and/or phosphate (c) in terms of PO4 and, if necessary, 1-50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a resin solid of one or more molybdate or tungstate (d) as rustproof additives and the sum total of the compounding amounts of the rustproof additives (a)-(d) is 5-100 parts by weight of 100 parts by weight of a resin solid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
