PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the loat on an operator during sorting of materials, and to improve newspaper editing efficiency.;SOLUTION: According to this newspaper page editing system, the system which produces a newspaper page by laying out, on a newspaper page, material information on two or more pieces of material composed of at least an article, an image and a photograph to be included in the newspaper page is provided with a material management server 11 which generates manuscript submission plan data, in which a manuscript submission plan for each piece of material for the newspaper page is classified by each production department, on the basis of manuscript submission memorandum information, in which the name of respective production department that has produced each material is included individually.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
