PURPOSE: To keep a relative position in a vertical direction between an article suspended by a wire rope and a water bottom in a constant relation and to facilitate a lifting work and dredging work by a floating crane. ;CONSTITUTION: Based on a work condition data signal 53 for a work condition setter 39 and a tide data signal 52 from a tide data memory unit 38, a tide level deviation signal 54 is outputted to a controller 42 from a tide data correction computer 40. In which case, an electromagnetic proportional switching valve 32 is switched by means of excitation signals 56a and 56b outputted to solenoids 32a and 32b from the controller 42 to exert a working oil pressure on pilot ports 14a and 14b, and a direction switching valve 14 is switched. This constitution drives a winch drum 2 by a hydraulic motor 10 and unwinds or winds a wire rope 6 suspended from the boom 5 of a floating crane according to the change of a tide level.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
