PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently operate an on-line network VOD.;SOLUTION: A VOD center system 100 distributes VOD contents from an output port to a terminal 101 assigned to one to one to the output port via a network 102. A VOD management apparatus 111 limits an available time when the VOD contents are available by the terminal 101 according to a time set on the basis of a real time or the like of the VOD contents at distribution of the VOD contents.
