PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high tensile strength galvannealed hot rolled steel plate for automobile use, used mainly for automobile collision-proof member and excellent in deformation resistance at the time of high strain rate. ;SOLUTION: This hot rolled steel plate is composed of a steel having a composition consisting of, by mass, 0.04-0.15% C, 0.5-1.8% Si, 0.8-2.0% Mn, ≤0.025% P, ≤0.01% S, 0.005-0.1% Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurity elements. Further, this steel has structure fraction containing secondary phase composed of martensite, and ferritic phase comprises ≥80% and the Vickers hardness of the ferritic phase is regulated to ≥100. At this time, one or ≥2 kinds among 0.05-0.5% Cr, 0.0005-0.01% Ca, 0.001-0.05% Nb, 0.005-0.1% V, 0.005-0.05% Ti, 0.05-0.5% Ni, and 0.05-1.0% Mo can be incorporated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
