PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate an air conditioning program corresponding to a sleeping biorhythm and air temperature change pattern in a microcomputer type air conditioner timer for resolving shortage of sleep and keeping health in summer. PSOLUTION: Sleeping is ensured by a timer function according to a suitable program agreeing with the sleeping condition by adding a temperature by stages to a set temperature at the time of start and air mixing by switching the quantity of air and the direction of air according to the biorhythm such as depth of sleep, body temperature and quantity of sweating changing with the sleeping time. As a countermeasure against an air temperature change, in the case of suburb mode, a small temperature rise is caused in one hour after in bed to cope with a characteristic of a temperature change. The temperature control of this function is conducted on the basis of a preset temperature in setting the timer, so that a daily difference in temperature will not cause any problem.
