PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplex radio relay apparatus and a simplex radio terminal, in which a movable simplex radio terminal carries out broadcast communication to another movable simplex radio relay terminal out of sight, so that relaying is performed in multiple stages of radio communication in the simplex radio relay apparatus for relaying radio communications between the simplex radio terminal and another simplex radio terminal using a frequency different from that of the simplex radio terminal.;SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a means for monitoring the using state of a frequency during a time period, which is set at random, when a radio signal is received from one simplex radio terminal, a means for determining a frequency for transmitting a radio signal according to the monitoring result of the using state of the frequency, and a means for transmitting the received radio signal at the determined frequency for transmission.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
