PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for conventional methods that a plurality of users discuss on the Internet, such as a mailing list, in which users cannot see contents at sight and grasp writers' situations, and external persons cannot see contents, and a single bulletin board, in which there may be mischievous writing from the outside and users cannot grasp non-writers' situations.;SOLUTION: By providing a bulletin board window corresponding to each user and a blackboard window, and using colors, users can immediately grasp writers and the flow of contents. The system is constructed on Web rather than a mailing list, so that external persons can see contents and mischievous writing can be prevented. Therefore, an open multi-bulletin board virtual discussion system of a high level of security is constructed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
