PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means in which advertising contents are surely transmitted to a consumer who purchased a recording medium, especially reading of advertiser's Web page URL and transmitting of an electronic mail to an electronic mail address are accurately and simply conducted.;SOLUTION: Cost effectiveness of the method is better than radio media because transmission is surely made to consumers. Consumers always obtain latest information when a Web page is updated. Unlike printed media, animation and audio related to the contents are transmitted. Html (htm) file of advertisement as it is becomes a related Web link collection of an interest field. Distribution is made inexpensively or free of charge because production cost is canceled by advertising income. Advertising contents are surely transmitted to the consumers using moving and sound information that is not possible by printed media.
