PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper for writing and printing which can make only one piece of paper into a sealed letter including all sheets used respectively for a postcard, an envelope and letter paper used by everyone or for DM or an explanation, including a company envelope, as well as a guidebook, a ticket or the like, and which is a general-purpose packaging communication implement that can be used also as correspondence or a mail pack.;SOLUTION: The paper for writing and printing is manufactured by a method, wherein a sheet prepared by printing a stamp pasting frame and a postal code number frame on paper of each size being used, three principal structure perforations for forming the postcard and the envelope are provided therein and besides a plurality of pasting margins and perforations for cutting and folding which make it possible to make DM or an explanation, including an envelope, as well as a guidebook, a ticket or the like, by using one sheet are provided therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
