PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building block which facilitates construction of a high-strength building. PSOLUTION: The building block 100 comprises an outer cylinder body 101 and three inner cylinder bodies 102 which each have the same length H in an opening direction and a rectangular parallelepiped contour. The inner cylinder bodies 102 are located in parallel with each other having their openings arranged on the same side, and inscribed on the outer cylinder body 101 in a manner being shifted by a predetermined length h from the outer cylinder body 101 in the same direction. Further a thickness t1 of the outer cylinder body 101 is the same in each surface, and the inner cylinder bodies 102 are arranged in the outer cylinder body in a manner being spaced twice the thickness of the outer cylinder body away from each other. By virtue of this construction, the building block 100 are easily transported or piled up, and the building blocks can be tightly and sequentially fitted to each other, which allows the building blocks 100 per se form a wall, a column, and a brace.
