PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate the distillation lees of sweet potato white liquor effectively to a solid portion and liquid portion, using the solid portion as a raw material for a health food material, and utilizing the liquid portion as a health beverage.;SOLUTION: The health food and beverage are obtained by adding a cellulase enzyme and either one of ≤30 wt. % of rice malt or wheat malt or a mixture of the rice malt and wheat malt to the distillation lees of the sweet potato white liquor, or without adding, performing a solubilization treatment, then separating solid and liquid portions, then drying the solid portion to make the health food material and filtering the liquid portion with a hollow fiber membrane to use as the health beverage as it is or after sterilization.
