PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of supply of pressurized air from pressurized air aperture and to provide a hot melt adhesive surface having powerful adhesion with hot melt adhesives of the smaller usage.;SOLUTION: (1) The hot melt adhesives are discharged from nozzle base openings of a number of hot melt adhesive apertures formed as square apertures of a square shape in section to form hot melt adhesive beads of a rectangular shape in section in the progressing direction of a coating application line. (2) Slit air is formed by the pressurized air discharged from the nozzle base openings of the pressurized air apertures situated before and behind each of the number of the hot melt adhesive apertures and acts before and behind the hot melt adhesive beads of the square shape in section. (3) The hot melt adhesive beads are held in a sandwich form by a pair of the front and rear slit air around the hot melt adhesive beads and are lowered in this state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
