PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investment method, investment system, central device and computer program, increasing opportunities for a business body to finance and supplying new investment commodities to investors.;SOLUTION: A loan is raised to a first investor as investment for a privately placed bond of the business body via a communication network NW such as the Internet, and a contract on the investment is concluded by raising a guarantee for warranting repayment for the invested money as investment from a second investor. When the business body repays adding interest for the invested money invested, it pays an amount of money subtracting a reword for the guarantee from a total of the invested amount and the interest, and a reword is paid to the second investor. When the invested money is not refunded by the expiration date, the guarantee is collected from the second investor and paid to the first investor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
