PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of shark meat comprising the high content of urea to cause rapid degradation and bacterial decomposition to ammonia to generate strong smell and restrict the utilization and of shark cartilage comprising the high cost to suppress the increase of demand in spite of the usefulness as pharmaceuticals and health foods in the form of powder prepared by freeze crushing, by developing an inexpensive, easily takable and nutrient processed food from shark meat and shark cartilage and effectively utilizing the resources.;SOLUTION: Urea and ammonia are removed from shark meat, the meat is mixed with powdered shark cartilage, soy sauce, salt, sugar, Guinea pepper, seasonings, etc., and the mixture is dried, roasted and rolled to obtain the shark meat tidbit.
