PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incorrect plug insertion preventing system suitable for preventing a plug from incorrect insertion into an insertion port, and to provide a plug, a plug insertion part, and a program controlling the above.;SOLUTION: The incorrect plug insertion preventing system 1 is constructed sa as to include a plug 2 mounted on a device 4 through a cable, and a plug insertion part 3 mounted on the rear face of the equipment 5. The plug 2 is constituted to include a non-contact identification tag 20 and a connecting part 21, the non-contact identification tag 20 is constituted to include a data receiving part 20a, a data transmitting part 20b, a data controlling part 20c, a data memorizing part 20d, a first state notifying part 20e, a display part 20f, and an electric power generating part 20g.
