PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loads of a user and a user acquisition cost on an ISP side and to support the user after registration as well.;SOLUTION: This recording medium 1 is a hybrid type of a non-writable area (ROM area 11) and a writable area (RAM area 12). An Internet connection service registration program and an Internet connection setting program are stored in the ROM area 11 and registration information is stored in the RAM area 12 at the time of Internet connection service registration (joining) and at the time of registration information change. The registration program presents a user side a procedure of inputting and setting user-specific information required as customer information by the ISP side and the registration is performed to an Internet connection service by exchanging information with an ISP side server device.
