PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform security education by automatically extracting a system user who needs the security education.;SOLUTION: In a security educating method, when a prescribed operation is performed, a security education support computer executes the seven following steps: transmitting a first e-mail attached with a file configured so as to notify a self-device of the file; executing the file attached to the first e-mail and receiving a second e-mail; analytically acquiring the IP address of a client computer on the basis of the received second e-mail; disconnecting Internet connection and e-mail transmission; transmitting to the disconnected client computer a third e-mail notifying that disconnection control has been performed and of an instruction to attend a security education lecture; executing the security education; and releasing the disconnection control when the security education is finished. A mechanism is provided which regards a person unskilled in e-mail handling as a person with low security consciousness and detecting the person to force him/her to receive the security education to thereby automatically extract the system user who needs the security education, being surely able to perform the security education.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
