PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination report system surely transmitting a request of a requester to a requestee. PSOLUTION: This medical examination report system has an image reading result display terminal 2 which creates a format of a medical examination report on medical information including medical images, displays the created format, sets diagnosis items when making a diagnosis report in the displayed format, and transmits the format set with the diagnosis items from the requester to the requestee via a LAN 5; and an image reading result input terminal 3 which displays the transmitted format, creates the medical examination report by inputting the medical examination data diagnosed according to the displayed diagnosis items, and transmitting the created medical examination report from the requestee to the requester.
