PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user who is particularly interested in energy consumption as much as possible by enabling the user to grasp, when providing the amount related to energy consumption (mileage, etc.) of an automobile, how much the amount is in the traveling in a road generally used by the user.;SOLUTION: A traveling history including the traveling route of the automobile used by the user at the present is stored. When the user performs a request operation through a user terminal 1 with the model of automobile being designated, the stored traveling history is acquired in the automobile energy consumption prediction server 7 to predict the amount related to energy consumption of the designated model in the traveling in the same traveling route as the traveling history, and the result of the prediction operation is provided to the user terminal 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
