PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional display fish finder by a wave front code method, in which the problems that it takes a long time for the scanning with an ultrasonic beam and that it is difficult to obtain an image having a deep depth are solved.;SOLUTION: Driving circuits 2 are connected to elements 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and so forth of a two-dimensional array ultrasonic oscillator 1, respectively. Modulation circuits 3 for respectively inputting different modulation signals are connected to the driving circuit 2, respectively. When one element of the two-dimensional array ultrasonic oscillator 1 is made as a receiving element 1A, a receiving amplifier 4 is connected to the receiving element 1A. An A/D converter 5 for converting a received analog signal to a digital signal is connected to the receiving amplifier 4. The digital signal converted by the A/D converter 5 is serially stored in a memory 6. The digital signal stored in the memory 6 is serially read out, and is demodulated by a demodulation circuit 8 of a personal computer 7 to be displayed by a display device 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
