PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method capable of efficiently acquiring a job order in the shortest time in an actual processing time in the scheduling problem processing method applicable to a production plan. When the work matrix M1 which retrieves/copies a specified cell value from the master matrix M0 meets a first requirement for establishing a circulating circuit, a condition check means 14 determines whether or not the matrix M2 meets a second requirement for establishing the circulating circuit in which a job after and before the job is set based on the cell value from the work matrix M1, and determines the job order based on the cell position of the job before and after the work matrix M2 which meets the second requirement.
