PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge sharing system that obtains a desired document more efficiently and easily with a function which conducts retrieval subject to an evaluation, and also to provide a knowledge management supporting system and a condition retrieving method of shared documents.;SOLUTION: A retrieving module 1222 refers to an evaluation table (l) 201 subject to the evaluation when a request for the retrieval is made and conducts retrieving processing under the retrieving conditions conforming to the content of the request. Further, the module refers to the evaluation table (l) 201 for each of the documents which it has retrieved, sorts the result of the retrieval in the order of the number of the evaluations and supplies a client terminal 11 of the requester of the retrieval with the GUI screen (the retrieval result screen) of the result of the retrieval which is rearranged in the order of the number of the evaluations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
