PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly precise image analyzing device whose precision is the same in any facility. PSOLUTION: The optimal value is decided in a neural network from a plurality of candidate values acquired by combining a plurality of automatic threshold selecting methods so as to be set as a threshold, and an image is binarized by using the threshold, and analyzed. Also, the learning of the neural network can be carried out not individually but in a batch by a server so that the image analytic result whose precision is constant can be acquired in any facility.
